01General Terms & Conditions

Winning BetBy accessing our website, mobile app, or any other digital platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you object to any of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

In this document, "we", "us", or "Winning Bet" refers to the operating entity. "You" or "user" refers to the individual who has created an account or is using the service.

Winning Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time without prior notice. However, advance notification is generally provided for significant changes.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

Winning BetTo create an account, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Large withdrawals will not be processed until your age has been verified.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Sharing your account login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

03Betting Rules & Settlement

Winning BetA bet placed on will not be considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation message. If a bet fails to register due to a network issue, it will be treated as void.

• Pre-match bets placed before the scheduled kick-off time are considered valid and timely.
• In-play odds change in real time — the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• Official announcements from international sports governing bodies are considered final for the purpose of determining results.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to an obvious technical error may be voided following review.
• In a parlay bet, if one selection is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining selections are used to settle the bet.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Winning Bet supports local payment methods in Bangladesh. Always provide accurate details when making transactions — funds sent with incorrect information may be difficult to recover.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum limit depends on your account's verification level.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to a different method are generally not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Delays may occur if KYC verification is still pending.
• Additional verification may be requested if withdrawal limits are exceeded or suspicious activity is detected.
• In line with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, Winning Bet may verify the source of funds for large transactions.

05Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers at Winning Bet are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to those terms.

• Wagering Requirements: For most bonuses, a withdrawal can only be made after wagering a specified multiple of the bonus amount.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being issued. They will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When betting with a bonus, a maximum stake limit per bet may apply.
• Eligible Games: Not all games may contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements — see the promotions page for details.
• Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same person or household is strictly prohibited.

Winning Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, the terms of a bonus already claimed are generally not subject to change.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winning Bet and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any winnings:

• Betting linked to match-fixing or angle shooting
• Placing bets using bots, software, or any automated means
• Money laundering or processing of illicit funds
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers
• Betting exchange or arbitrage betting that violates platform rules
• Accessing another person's account or transferring accounts
• Attempting to pass the verification process using false information or fraudulent documents

07Account Suspension & Closure

Winning Bet may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to verify age or provision of false information
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• Extended inactivity (typically 12 months)
• At the User's Own Request

Users are generally notified by email before an account is closed. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

08Privacy & Data Protection
